Yoga Instructors

Katie Bratsch guides a gentle Vinyasa class, with variations and challenges suited to both beginning and advanced students. She is creative in her teaching methods and in her own yoga practice, and likewise she encourages that free expression in others. Aware that no two people are exactly alike, she respects that everyone's experience of yoga is unique. Katie has a serious home practice and is near completion of her 230 hour teacher certification program. In addition to teaching Vinyasa she has also studied Ashtanga and Anusara over the past three years.

Katie teaches Monday and Wednesday evenings 7:45 - 8:45p.m.

Alissa Johnson's teaching is inspired by her belief that yoga is more than just a physical workout. In addition to creating strength and flexibility, every yoga practice is an opportunity to create a more relaxed and grounded state of mind - making it easier to manage daily stresses and enjoy life. Alissa teaches a Vinyasa class with a focus on alignment to receive the full benefits of every pose. She began practicing yoga in 2003. She completed her 230 hour yoga study at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2008, where she continues to participate in advanced teacher trainings. Alissa is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Alissa teaches on Saturday mornings 8:45a.m and every other Sunday at 12:45p.m.
