Nina Chenault has been teaching Self Defense programs throughout the Metro area since 1976. She has a 5th Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and has developed a complete program that is effective and easy to learn. This workshop will teach you:

• How to avoid dangerous situations
• What to say to de-escalate a potential threat
• How to establish a 'safe distance' between you and someone threatening you
• Learn what the vulnerable targets are and how to strike, kick & punch them so you can escape to safety.

Everyone should learn self defense and feel safe in their homes, vehicles, at work or school, and going about their daily routines.
