Brown Bag:
A presentation for large groups lasting 45 minutes to one hour.
2 Hour Seminar:
This hands-on approach allows time during the second hour for participants to practice
skills presented in the first hour. Depending on the topic and size of the room, as many as 20 can attend.
4 and 6 Hour Workshops:
On site workshops are usually presented on two separate days, allowing time
for participants to process information and gather questions regarding the topics presented. Ms. Chenault will lead formalized
discussions and introduce physical exercises. Up to 20 participants can attend depending on location and topic.
Personal Consulting:
Ms. Chenault is available for one-on-one consultation regarding any of the topics
mentioned above or to talk to your school, business or community center.
Self defense specialist Nina Chenault has been teaching self-defense courses throughout the Unites States since 1971. Using
her extensive knowledge of martial arts and research into assault prevention, she has designed a safe and effective program
